If you want to download drivers from a hardware company, call them for help, download a manual, or look into a problem with their hardware or software, you need to find their technical support information. How to Locate Technical Support Documentation
Most of the time, it’s easy and takes less than 10 minutes to find tech support information for your hardware and software.
1. Use a big search engine like Google or Bing to find the company that made the item.
For example, the following are great search terms to use to find information about technical support for the hardware company AOpen:

Once you find their website, use the menus at the top or bottom to find relevant downloads, documentation, support information, contact information, etc.

Some smaller companies might not have specific areas for self-help as bigger companies do, but they usually have phone numbers for support. If you think this might be the case, just search for the company’s name and try to find this information on their website.
