Fall Guys Season 2 Release Date
If you’re like me, you’ve been waiting for news on the Fall Guys season 2 premiere date.
The new date for the September 13th premiere of Season 2 of Fall Guys has been set.
The new season doesn’t begin for another two weeks, despite the fact that the in-game clock makes it seem like it will any minute. In other words, there is still a fourteen-day wait until the season 2 update is released and gamers can try out the new features and begin working on the new battle pass.
Fans eager to jump into season 2 content today will be disappointed, but the good news is that they won’t have to wait too much longer.
Anyone who hasn’t heard that Mediatonic is now offering full refunds to players who have made inadvertent purchases in the store can catch up on the latest developments here.
Fortnite is getting the Late Game Arena feature back, and other popular live-service games are getting massive updates as well. The season 5 meta has arrived, and with it, the finest weapons in Call of Duty: Warzone.
Season Two Theme and Location Maps for “Fall Guys”
It appears that outer space is the focus of this round of leaks, as discussed more in this article. Yes, the new space-themed maps and costumes will be a dramatic departure from the bright and cheery tone of Season 1.
Some of the stolen documentation describes maps that are very similar to those used in prior seasons, while other maps are very different.
There’s a new race map with a color-coded pathing system, an obstacle course you navigate on a hoverboard, and a hex-a-gone-styled conclusion, to name a few. Watch this video to learn more about the various uncovered maps.
The Fall Guy’s Season 2 Cosmetics and Battle Pass
The same may be said for the above-mentioned details, as Mediatonic has confirmed very little of it officially as of yet. However, those who enjoy secret information will be pleased to learn that there’s more!
The entirety of the Season 2 Battle Pass has been leaked through various Twitter pages and YouTube videos, primarily from creators like FGPancake and Krxnky.
The space concept of this season has been hinted at, and several of the massive 200-level Battle Pass awards reflect this. There are plenty of items available with a space theme, such as alien costumes, cat androids, and more.
Those anticipating group activities can rejoice as well. As you progress deeper into the past, you’ll be able to find more and more unique skins, such as those inspired by Star Trek, Alien, and even a Hatsune Miku costume.
You can download Fall Guys for Windows PC, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Android, and iOS from the game’s official website. Check out our Sweet Thieves Guardian and Thief Strategy Guides for more information.
Just how different will Season 2 be?
Mediatonic has not yet announced the specifics of Season 2’s content; nevertheless, it has been suggested through different leaks that new stages would be added to the game in addition to the new outfits and goodies available with the Season 2 battle pass.
Since the new season is almost ready for release, the creators will likely soon divulge information about it, such as whether or not it will have a specific theme.
One YouTube leaker claims that the following season will add nine new levels, and they will be:
- There will be a frantic factory space race with a hex-a-terrestrial tip-toe finish.
- Hyperdrive on the Starmap of the Intergalactic Superhighway Codename: Heroes Perfect
- Pixel Robin (as part of a collaboration with WWE)
- Mediatonic has not confirmed the existence of these levels, but if they are indeed in development, the upcoming season may have a space theme.
- There will presumably be a WWE crossover event in the game, as suggested by the leak. While this partnership has not been verified as of yet, given that Epic Games now owns Fall Guys, it is not out of the question.
