Deadpool 3 has yet to get a release date (sorry, fans), but Marvel is working hard to incorporate the Merc with a Mouth into the MCU.
Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Loeglin, the creators of Bob’s Burgers, were originally credited as the authors of the third installment. It now appears that Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, the screenwriters of the first two films, are at work on the third.
Ryan Reynolds hinted in August 2021 that production on the picture will begin the following year in 2022, while Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige acknowledged that the studio was already planning a release schedule for Deadpool 3 at that time.
Nevertheless, we’re already halfway through 2022, and the third movie shows no signs of really being filmed. Shawn Levy has joined the project as its director, making this the third film in which Reynolds and Levy have collaborated (after Free Guy and The Adam Project).
However, Deadpool 3 is in the works, so in anticipation of that, here is all you need to know about Deadpool’s Marvel Cinematic Universe debut.

The names of the actors and actresses who will be appearing in a show are always highly anticipated by viewers. The cast of Deadpool 3 has not yet been announced, however. A lot of people were very moved by Deadpool and Wade Wilson working together.
Since Ryan Renolds has been so ingrained in the role, it will be difficult to imagine anyone else in the part.
There’s a widespread trend of resurrecting deceased characters. As a result, viewers should anticipate a significant cast overhaul in the upcoming season. Possible members of the cast for Deadpool 3 include;-
- Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead)
- Shioli Katsuna (Yukio)
- Josh Brolin (Cable)
- Rob Delaney (Peter)
- Julian Dennison (Russel)
- Stefan Kapicic (Colossus)
- Ryan Reynolds (Wade Wilson)
Deadpool 3 Plot
In terms of storylines, the sky’s the limit now that we have access to the vast canon of Marvel heroes and their backstories. Could this be the beginning of Deadpool’s introduction to the Avengers in whatever form they take in Phase 4 and beyond?
Interactions between characters such as Tony Stark and Doctor Strange, Stark and the GOTG, or Rocket haggling over the sale of Winter Soldier’s limb, were highlights of Avengers: Infinity War.
Everything was as good as gold. Think about it: Deadpool is in that film. And yet, we do wish the Fox acquisition had occurred much earlier.
It would have been fantastic to see Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool alongside Chris Evans’ Captain America, Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man, and Chris Hemsworth’s Thor. And let’s not forget Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine, just to satisfy our gluttony.
It would have been a blast to see Deadpool take on the original Avengers. Sadly, we won’t get to witness it because Stark is gone, Cap is old, and Thor’s future after “Love and Thunder” is uncertain, but there’s still plenty of meat on the bone.
Both Deadpool and Hawkeye, as well as Deadpool and Doctor Strange, have a history together in the comics. Oh, and there is a wealth of possibilities for working together with Spider-Man.
