Our Final Thoughts

Hwal and Sang-following un’s lives could be the subject of a second season if one is made. We’ll have to wait for the upcoming second season to find out if they manage to shed their monstrous past.

Similarly, the prospective second season may travel back further in time and add a greater explanation to the tale of Bulgasal.

We have yet to meet Min Si-ho’s child formally, and neither do we know Nam Do-Yun’s wife. Will the projected second season record their future lives as well?

We fervently hope so. Moreover, do Min Sang-un and Dan Hwal end up together in any lives, or is history a replay of events? Does the destined family reunite now that Hwal has broken the curse and broken the cycle?

A prospective second season should provide the answers we’ve been looking for.
