Are Jovi and Yara Together Still? When Did They Get Hitched?

After the most recent episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, in which he and Yara Zaya ended their relationship, Jovi Dufren offered a spoiler about their past connection. Jovi, a 32-year-old native of New Orleans, met Yara, a 27-year-old native of Ukraine, via a dating app for people who travel.

As if settling into American life wasn’t challenging enough, Yara got pregnant unexpectedly and had to hastily tie the knot with Jovi. Since Jovi had to be absent for months due to work, Yara had a terrible time in the United States.

In spite of having the opportunity to go to Europe after receiving her Green Card, she choose to remain in Ukraine to aid those she loved who were suffering as a result of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

In the most recent episode, Jovi, who first fought his wife’s desire to remain in Europe, gave in and accepted her choice. Yara and their baby Mylah were living in Germany, but Jovi needed to travel to the United States to work for three to four weeks.

Yara informed Jovi that she wasn’t sure how long she would be staying in Europe, which she recognized was a tough decision for their marriage. Jovi posted a selfie with Yara from the New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons game, so it’s safe to assume that Yara was around after Jovi finished his shift.

Yara, dressed in her go-to beige ensemble, sat next to Jovi, who was holding a drink in his other hand. The New Orleans Saints defeated the Atlanta Falcons in a game that was played at the Caesars Superdome.

There is still romantic tension between Jovi and Yara, but they are still together. This season’s tragic narrative hasn’t stopped them from routinely posting photos of each other on Instagram. Jovi has an Instagram profile photo with him, Yara, and Mylah in a stroller.

On the 10th of December, he shared a flashback photo from the holiday party he had with Yara and Mylah the year before. Holiday flashback. I can’t believe how much Mylah has grown!” he captioned the photo.

In addition, the TLC star shared a photo of his cute little family from Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, where they filmed a portion of the current season, on December 3. Jokingly, he captions the image, “Mylah telling her Mom she wants a sister.”

However, Yara just shared an advertisement for FanDuel Casino that featured Jovi. In the eighth season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily, Ever After, she also shared a photo of herself, Jovi, and Mylah in Europe.

After connecting on a dating app, Jovi and Yara began dating. They started taking vacations together, which sped up their relationship as they had exciting new experiences together. In the early stages of their relationship, Yara unexpectedly became pregnant; when Jovi proposed, she tragically miscarried.

For comfort after that terrible event, Yara and Jovi turned to one another and began making wedding preparations. The blonde beauty wept bitterly as she recalled the ordeal in January 2021’s show when Jovi discussed her desire for a family.

“There is another reason why I don’t want to become pregnant now… because when we were traveling in Europe, I lost a baby and I was [Needed] to go for [an] operation and Jovi left me and he [flew] alone back to work,” she said to cameras.

Jovi said that he traveled without her because he knew she would need an operation, but he went nonetheless since he was worried about her losing her passport. I had no idea that Yara would become so bitter when I abandoned her in Albania.

It was obvious to me that I had made a poor choice… A year and a half later? I didn’t think anyone would bring it up,” he said. Naturally, it annoys me. As I prepare to leave for work in the morning, this is not the kind of talk I want to have with Yara.

They had a tense exchange over his preparations for his bachelor party before their Valentine’s Day wedding. Before I get married, I’d like to take one final vacation. But when I observe Yara, she clearly isn’t doing fine. “I’m in a pickle, I don’t know what to do,” Jovi lamented in March.

Yara said she hoped Jovi would “take it easy and be responsible” while still enjoying time with his friends before their planned wedding in Las Vegas, Nevada. Plus, don’t go crazy on the booze. I really, truly, hope that the old Jovi doesn’t come out tonight,” she continued.

A few days before their wedding, Jovi and Yara’s relationship was strained since he remained out later than he said he would and drank more than she had anticipated. Despite all the upheaval, the couple finally tied the wedding in February 2020.
