After Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix broke up, many people are curious about who will live in the house they shared in Los Angeles.
A representative for Sandoval, 39, told PEOPLE that he and Madix, 37, are “still living together” in the San Fernando Valley house, even though it was reported on Friday that he had broken up with Madix because he was having an affair with another Vanderpump Rules cast member, Raquel Leviss.
“They own the house together, and figuring out what to do with it next will take time,” says the representative. “This won’t be decided over the course of a weekend.”

The couple went public with their relationship in 2014. In 2019, they spent $2,075,000 on a newly built 4,334-square-foot home in the Valley Village neighborhood. PEOPLE got this information from property records.
The modern farmhouse-style home has five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, smart home features, a gourmet kitchen, and a well-kept backyard with a patio, pool, and spa that is great for entertaining.

“We looked at places that needed work, but we also looked at places that were ready to go. Because of when we moved and how busy we are,… I’m so glad we went where we wanted to go and didn’t have to do anything but fun things “Madix told PEOPLE in 2021 about how they looked for a house.
“We really would have been in trouble. I’m glad we did things the way we did, and everything really worked out for the best,” she said, adding that her favorite part of living with Sandoval was spending days off together in front of the TV.”
At the time, Sandoval said that decorating their home was “a total team effort, which is great because I like music that is funky and a little bit louder and Ariana likes music that is calm and quiet. So, combining these two styles gave us a look that was kind of our own.”
Shortly after they moved, Madix told PEOPLE that they were living in the same neighborhood as Sandoval’s longtime friend Tom Schwartz, Jax Taylor, and their respective spouses. He called this the “Great Valley Migration.”
