This is his first time working on the film since. As Harland Rust, Baldwin was photographed donning a gray shirt with blood-stained cuffs, gray leggings, a black vest with buttons, tall leather boots, and an orange bandana around his neck.

According to a statement from the prosecutor’s office, the charges against Gutierrez-Reed have not altered. Baldwin’s attorneys Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro said in a statement provided to PEOPLE on Thursday: “We are pleased with the decision to dismiss the case against Alec Baldwin and we encourage a proper investigation into the facts and circumstances of this tragic accident.”
Later, Baldwin expressed his gratitude to his wife in an Instagram post while he processed the information. He wrote, “I owe everything I have to this woman,” and included the phrase, “And to you, Luke,” which was probably a reference to his lawyer.
