‘Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse’ Trailer, Release Date, Cast

Sony Pictures has released the first trailer for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part 1). Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming animated film.

Although the wait for Spider-Man No Way Home is skyrocketing, Spider-Man fans are also eagerly awaiting the second title in the animated saga dedicated to Miles Morales. Spider-Man: Into The Spiderverse 2, whose title will be Across the Spider-Verse (Part One), has just been shown to the fans, a trailer waiting to be discovered.

The first big news comes from the title, which reveals the name of this film and that it is the first part of the protagonist’s new journey. Surely then there will be a Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part Two) and then a third film dedicated to Miles Morales.

The trailer of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part One) starts right from when the previous film ended, with Gwen looking into the room of Miles. We don’t know why the girl is there and what is happening to the spider-verse.

All we see is Miles falling into what feels like a new world to him when he is grabbed by Spider-Man 2099. A cartoon character is a futuristic version of Spider-Man, Miguel O’Hara’s alter ego. In the US, the film will debut in October 2022, so we can assume the same period for the release around the globe.

‘Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse (Part One)’ Who Are The Voices?

The animated film is one of the best portrayals of Spider-Man to date. Contrasting over the voice cast, Shameik Moore will be returning as the voice of Miles Morales, as seen and heard in the trailer. Moreover, our beloved and Hawkeye’s new best friend Hailee Steinfeld will voice Gwen Stacy. Other than the two, Oscar Issac will give voice to Miguel O’Hara (Spider-Man 2099), Jake Johnson will be voicing Peter B. Parker, and Issa Rae will be heard as Jessica Drew, the Spider-Woman.

Takuya Yamashiro will give voice to Japanese Spider-Man, which will come from the vintage 1978 Spider-Man series.
