After the crash, they were taken to Dubbo Hospital right away to get treated. Kim, Meika’s mom, and Freya, her sister, were badly hurt. Freya was in very bad shape. She was in a daze and her organs and brain were swollen. She had a broken leg and maybe a broken arm too. The truck driver was hurt too, but his situation is now stable.
The cops are still trying to figure out what went wrong. Their family hasn’t said anything about the crash or how Meika’s mom and sister are doing now.
