Koy started performing stand-up in a Las Vegas comedy club in 1994. He soon made the transition from open mic night to a regular place on the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino’s Catch a Rising Star program. He rented the Huntridge Theater and went door to door selling tickets for his comedy gigs after doing a concert at the MGM Grand Las Vegas.
