In Elves, a dark Danish horror series, certain forest creatures aren’t quite nice. During the 2021 holiday season, the Netflix original is a huge hit on Netflix as a Christmas series.
In total, there are six episodes in the series. Roni Ezra, who directed the film, set it in Denmark. Miso Film’s Elise H. Lund was the producer. Christiana Potalivo and Jannik Tai Mosholt are credited with the original concept.

Elves Season 2 Storyline
A family of four travels to a Danish archipelago island in the hopes of reuniting over Christmas, only to discover that the island is ruled by members of a deeply religious group who live in harmony with fearsome animals in the woods revealed to be… elves.
Folklore and mythology are based on real-life monsters. Bringing home a baby elf unwittingly forces everyone on the island into a life-or-death war for faith, family, and pure survival, causing the island to fall apart.
The show’s second season is yet to begin, but we already have a solid idea of what to expect. Until then, here’s a recap of the previous season’s story.
Season 1 began with Josefine and her family arriving in the countryside for their Christmas break, but everything quickly devolved into chaos. Josefine and her family went exploring in the wild and discovered Christmas tree ruffles while helping a wounded infant.
Elves Season 2 Characters
Stefan Jaaworski’s Elves are some of the most well-known characters. It has Lila Nobel, Vivelill Sogaard Holm, Lukas Lokken, Sonja Steen, Ann Eleonara Jorgensen, Rasmus Hammerich, and Milo Toke Bendix Campanale in its cast.
This cast is expected to return when the show’s producers announce Elves Season 2, however, the plot of the second season may also need the casting of some fresh faces. We’re simply speculating, and we don’t know for sure. We have no choice but to wait for the creators to make an announcement.
In the opinion of many viewers, the show’s actors were well suited to their roles and the storyline is a little unusual from the norm.
