What I recommend for those eagerly anticipating Season 2’s second episode of How Not to Summon a Demon Lord is “Drifters,” which premiered last night.

Drifters Season 2 Release Date
Drifters has lasted for a total of eight seasons. After being introduced to Kouta Hirano’s Drifters manga by a friend, I was immediately intrigued. Before watching the anime, I had already been a fan of the plot.
Even though the manga has six volumes and there are still more to come, Drifters only has one anime version. The anime was created by the Hoods Drifters Studio. Between the 7th of October 2016 and the 7th of October 2018, a total of 12 episodes and 3 OVAs were shown.
Drifters Season 2 is scheduled for release in January, 2022.
In any case, if you’ve previously seen the anime, I think it’s clear what’s going to happen. Even though the show’s fans were promised a third season, no formal announcement has been made.
This second season will cover only three volumes of the manga because the first season covered three volumes. As a result, there may not be enough material for a second season. The good news is that both the production crew and the author are working hard to provide more content.
We can only hope that there will be enough content for Drifters Season 2 before the end of 2021.

Drifters Season 2 Is Coming?
Few elements are involved in determining whether or not a series will return for a second season. First and foremost, the quality of the original material is critical. Next, let’s talk about what I’ve already discussed.
It helps if you are well-known. Season 1 has an IMDB rating of 7.7/10, while MyAnimeList fans gave it a rating of 7.9/10 and ranked it 6412. A total of 205,365 people voted on this.
There’s a good chance that the show will return for a second season, based on how popular it has been with fans.
What Is Drifters’ Story?
In the year 1600, the narrative began. Using his incredible sword skills, Toyohisa Shimazu protected his troops as they made their way back from the enemy. When the conflict took its toll on him, he lost consciousness for a period of time.
A corridor with many doors opened up in front of him, and Murasaki told him he had to pick one. His body was pulled into an entirely other reality. Nobunaga Oda and Yoichi Suketaka Nasu were soon discovered by him.
In order to aid the dwarfs and combat the evil ruler of their land, Toyohisa established a group with them. They learned that they had been selected to take part in a war against ‘the Ends,’ a group that included numerous other horrifying foes.
What Makes Drifters Unique?
Most of the characters in this anime were famous warriors from Japan, and it’s interesting to note this fact. After their deaths, Warlords, Archers, and a slew of other warriors from previous conflicts who were presumed dead in our reality were recalled to this war in another realm.
So, in a sense, they were still engaged in combat with the bad guys even after they died. This anime featured brutality from humanity to dwarfs or Ends destroying humans, yet light funny banter was constantly used to make it feel less serious.
Because of its depiction of Japan’s old warriors and culture, you may also say that the anime has a historical context.

Is Drifters a Good Anime or Not??
Violence, war, and brutality are common themes in dark fantasy and adventure novels. As the storey progressed, it seemed like I was peeling an onion. With each new episode, you’ll be even more engrossed in the storey and eager to learn more about this life after death.
How do you know he’s Jesus?
Black King, who leads the Ends and many supporters believe is Jesus Christ. They attribute his healing abilities to the fact that he bears the scars of his crucifixion on his hands.
I’m inclined to believe he’s a fictitious creation.

Conclusion
I, too, am eager to find out what happened to Lemek after he was killed and what Shylock plans to do with the weapons he received from Count Saint-Germi.
We’re crossing our fingers that the manga series’ creator will crank things up a notch so that Drifter Season 2 may be released as soon as possible.
Isekai and the adventure subgenres are two of my favourite things to watch, therefore there are a few more on my list.
