Dance with Devils -Blight-, a manga authored by Rika Nakase and illustrated by Samako Natsu, is the source material for the television anime series. On September 18, 2015, Square Enix’s shonen magazine GFantasy started publishing the manga serial. A total of 2 volumes and 10 chapters were published throughout its 8-month run.
The anime adaptation is produced by Brain’s Base, the studio that is best known for its anime release of Durarara!!, Oregairu (first season), and My Little Monster. They have a pretty much consistent track of records for their anime in terms of scoring in MyAnimeList.
