Martin Dingle Wall portrays FBI crypto expert Will Scott in the first season of ‘Cypher’. Andre, Samuel, and Will’s FBI colleague, Rece, were written by John J. Jordan, Dario Antoine Lee, and Eve Mauro, in that order. Claire, Will’s girlfriend, is played by Jaclyn Hales.
Will’s ex-wife and daughter, Mary Helen Schmidt and Lauren Gravit, feature in the film.

Chris, on the other hand, gave him orders to kidnap Will’s daughter Anna if he failed.
Will finally develops an agreement with the FBI in order to safeguard his daughter from being kidnapped. The show’s fundamental conflicts are left unresolved, however, as hacker Will is killed in order to hide copies of the documents.
A second season may be able to fix this issue and give further light on the origins of the paper. As soon as Will was able to crack the code, or at least get closer to him, he learned enough to bid for his daughter’s life, which was the only way he could save her.
