Nonetheless, the revelation of Yuji’s family background in Chapter 143 of the manga has the potential to alter his demeanor radically. Readers have been wondering who Yuji’s probable parents could be since his grandfather sought to bring it up in the first chapter/episode of Jujutsu Kaisen.
Yuji ignored the topic before a recent investigation into his past revealed intriguing realities about his lineage, denying the public enlightenment on his family tree.

In a flashback, Yuji’s grandfather and father are seen arguing about Jin’s decision to have a child with his second wife following the loss of Jin’s first. Yuji’s mother, who has a visible scar on her forehead, interrupts the talk.
These sutures, like Geto Suguru’s and Noritoshi Kamo’s, suggested that Brain had possessed Yuji’s biological mother. The brain may have taken possession of a woman’s body again to give birth to Yuji in order to make human-curse hybrids.
If this is the case, it explains why Yuji may act as Sukuna’s vessel. He is one of only a few persons who have ever possessed the King of Curses, and even fewer have ever mastered cursed energy to such an extent while also controlling Sukuna.
But, if Yuji is a curse/human hybrid, it’s hardly unexpected that he was able to manipulate Sukuna despite having no prior training with curses or Jujutsu Sorcery.

Yuji Could Have Several Siblings
Also, if Brain imprisoned Yuji’s mother, he’d have a slew of half-siblings, the most noteworthy of them being Choso. The “Death Painting” arc of Jujutsu Kaisen revealed that Brain had kidnapped a pregnant woman in order to have a large number of hybrid children.

As a result, not only Choso but also the brothers Kechizu and Eso, whom Yuji murdered alongside their classmate Nobara Kugisaki, are descended from this line.
Yuji’s psyche could suffer greatly if he learned of this; he’d most likely feel terrible and confused about his history after finding he murdered his two half-siblings.
Geto and Choso are both well-known opponents in Jujutsu Kaisen. Yuji’s energy will run out as he continues to piece together clues and reveal secrets. This could be the start of a sad character arc filled with emotional turmoil, or it could be a step toward the protagonist’s strengthening and hardening.
